Shipping and Handling Policy:

All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use services such as FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Small Packet, Mini Mail, etc.

Items ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials like sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or transit delays.

If any issue arises, please initiate three-way communication through Catawiki Customer Support.

Cancellation and Returns Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Please review the product description, images, and our policies carefully before bidding.

Cancellations cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- If the item differs slightly from the listing photos (especially centering)
- The outer box condition of an unopened package (the item does not include this box)
- Misunderstanding of import duties
- If you open the outer box and cannot prove that the item is from our shipment for any reason, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Minor packaging damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) is considered a shipping issue.
