Coffee table - Beech - Mid century

Designer coffee table, 1960s

Beautifully designed mid-century coffee table. The most distinctive element is the nicely curved, truss-like beech wood frame with slender, tapering legs.

The top is double-sided reversible: on one side warm teak veneer, on the other side white speckled Formica. This lets you choose the look: classic woodwork or a sleek, light 1960s accent. The top rests loosely but stably on the base.

Condition:
The frame is surprisingly light in weight, the top is sturdier. On the wooden veneer side there are a few small restorations visible and a few light rings (signs of vintage use that suit the table's age). Otherwise in solid, good condition.
