Rare Art Deco four-panel screen dating to around 1930. Solid oak, original Chinoiserie jacquard on both sides, original brass hinges. Possibly Belgian or Dutch manufacture, possibly by De Coene Frères (Kortrijk). Black edge cord on a few panels has been restored, as has a hinge. The fabric on two panels is a little faded, perhaps due to sunlight.

Zeldzame Art Deco 4-delige paravent ca. 1930. Massief eiken, originele Chinoiserie jacquard aan beide zijden, originele messing scharnieren. Mogelijk Belgische of Nederlandse vervaardiging, mogelijk door De Coene Frères (Kortrijk). Zwarte randkoord bij enkele panelen gerestaureerd zoals ook een scharnier. Stof is bij twee panelen een beetje vaal wellicht door zonlicht.
