Crucifix - .800 silver - 1850-1900 - Devotional crucifix

Magnificent and rare small silver crucifix for devotion or for a rosary. The ends of the cross adopt an elegant trilobed or clover-like shape. The reverse of the lower arm bears two era-specific hallmarks, perfectly clear: the rectangular title mark "800" guaranteeing solid silver (800/1000 fineness) and a maker’s/bronchofer’s mark in the form of a shield containing a heraldic cross (production in Central Europe, late 19th century).

Condition: Superb state of preservation. Very beautiful natural oxidation patina of the silver, kept in its raw form out of respect for the object (possibility to make it shine).
