ENGLISH DESCRIPTION. Egyptian textile panel inspired by Ancient Egyptian wall paintings and iconography. The piece dates to the early 20th century and was produced for the tourist or decorative market. It comes from a family estate and has been preserved for many decades. The figures are printed and hand-finished on a soft, velvet-like fabric, depicting traditional Egyptian symbols and stylized human figures. Dimensions: approx. 53 × 110 cm. Condition: fair vintage condition. The textile shows signs of age, including stains, fabric wear, and loose or damaged borders due to long-term storage. Despite this, the imagery remains clearly visible and highly decorative. Ideal as a wall hanging or interior decorative textile. DESCRIZIONE IN ITALIANO. Pannello tessile decorativo egiziano ispirato ai dipinti murali e all’iconografia dell’Antico Egitto. Il manufatto è databile ai primi decenni del XX secolo ed è stato realizzato per il mercato turistico o decorativo. Proviene da una collezione di famiglia ed è stato conservato per molti decenni. Le figure risultano stampate e rifinite a mano su un tessuto morbido, vellutato, raffigurante simboli e personaggi stilizzati della tradizione egizia. Dimensioni: circa 53 × 110 cm Condizioni: condizioni vintage discrete. Sono presenti segni del tempo, macchie, usura del tessuto e bordi parzialmente scuciti o danneggiati a causa della lunga conservazione. L’immagine rimane comunque ben leggibile e molto decorativa. Ideale come arazzo da parete o elemento decorativo per interni.
