Large Bohemian High-Quality Enamel Liqueur Set – Carafe and 6 Glasses – 24 Karat Gold and Relief Enamel – Czechoslovakia, approx. 1960

Description:

Offered is an exquisite, 7-piece liqueur, aperitif, or schnapps set made from genuine Bohemian crystal glass from Czechoslovakia.

This representative set was elaborately handcrafted and finished in the traditional “Vysoký Smalt” (High Enamel / Relief Enamel) technique.

Artistic execution and features:

Material:
Premium, hand-blown colored glass in an elegant combination of ruby red and clear glass.

Decoration:
Pliable hand-painted floral motifs in relief enamel. The colors are vivid, clear, and opaque.

Gilding:
Rich finishing with 24-karat real gold.

Condition:
Exhibition-grade mint condition. The set was used exclusively as a decorative object in a closed display cabinet.

There are no damages such as chips, cracks, or scratches.

Particularly noteworthy:
The delicate 24-karat gilding is absolutely unworn and shines flawlessly.
The enamel painting is 100 percent intact.
