This miniature figurine comes from Russia (St. Petersburg). It is an official replica of the famous life-size bronze monument to Tsar Peter the Great (Peter I). This monument was designed by the nonconformist Soviet-American artist Mikhail Chemiakin (also spelled Mihail Shemyakin).
