Ricoh Singlex TLS + Domiplan Automatic 2,8/50mm | Single lens reflex camera (SLR)

Due to the termination of my collection: a Ricoh Singlex TLS 35mm SLR camera in good condition, with a 50 mm lens, filter and lens cap. The camera was introduced by Ricoh in June 1967 in the US and was also sold by Sears as the Sears TLS and by Kmart as the Focal 1000 TLX. The Chinonflex TTL is another variant, and in that form (with a notch in the pentaprism housing for alternate nameplates) it was further sold under a different name, for example by Porst as Porst Uniflex TTL in Germany. On examples with a lower serial number of the TLS, “Singlex” appears prominently on the logo, with “Ricoh” only on a small secondary emblem; later examples replace this with “Ricoh” in thicker letters on the pentaprism. Although there is a striking similarity to the Cosina Hi-Lite, the chassis designs do not match exactly.
Lichtmeting: TTL light meter, fully functional, values indicated. Not tested for accuracy.
Sluiter: metal blade shutter.
Sluitertijden: B, 1 - 1/1000. All shutter speeds functional, but not tested for accuracy.
Lensvatting: M42 screw mount.
Lens: Domiplan Automatic lens 50 mm f 1 : 2.8. Lens bright and free of haze, fungus and separation.
A beautiful and fully functional camera with signs of use.
