Description from the seller

A rare and significant vintage stockpile consisting of 15 authentic 6RA3 power triode vacuum tubes, manufactured exclusively in Japan by Nippon Electric Company (NEC).

The 6RA3 is a highly specialized hi-fi power output triode engineered during the golden age of Japanese audio development. These valves are famous among global audiophiles because they were used as the primary power output tubes in legendary high-fidelity tube amplifiers from the 1960s and 1970s, most notably the highly collectible Luxman SQ-38D series. Because these unique triodes have long been out of production, finding a large batch is extremely difficult for restorers.

Having a uniform stash of 15 pieces is a huge advantage for buyers, as it provides ample matching possibilities for multiple pairs or quads to drive stereo amplifier stages safely.

Condition and Packaging:
These are New Old Stock (NOS) / New in Box (NIB) pristine vintage items. They come stored in their original yellow, black, and white decorative factory NEC retail boxes. The boxes are crisp and the internal tubes have been preserved perfectly across the decades.

The tubes are completely untested on an electronic valve tester. However, because they are brand new, unused NOS stock preserved in clean storage, there is no visible or structural reason they will not function beautifully.

Shipping:
Free Worldwide Shipping from Armenia. The lot will be meticulously wrapped in thick bubble layers and packed inside a robust outer box to guarantee these rare, fragile glass components reach you safely anywhere in the world. Fully tracked and insured.
