Description from the seller
PERU. Lima. 1 Sol. 1934
- Value: 1 Sol.
- Year: 1934.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: STEADFAST AND HAPPY FOR THE UNION. Reverse: PERUVIAN REPUBLIC · ONE SOL · 1934.
- Grade: MS61 (NGC).
1 Sol silver coin with the allegory of the seated Liberty on the obverse, depicted with a spear and shield, in a classical style with a balanced composition, with good handling of the drapery folds and correct definition of the symbolic elements. The reverse shows the national coat of arms of Peru within a leafy crown, with the quarters clearly identifiable and the legends clearly legible. A specimen in almost uncirculated condition, with firm relief and very light wear concentrated at the highest points, preserving appreciable original luster in the fields and a uniform gray patina that enhances the overall appearance and adds visual appeal.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to be absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has a special tax agreement (for example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
