Lot comprising 2 precious globes crafted with lapis lazuli inlay and other natural semi-precious stones.

Support structure in gilded metal.

Dimensions of the larger globe with base: approximately 20 cm in height by 19 cm in diameter, weight approximately 1 kg.

Dimensions of the smaller globe with base: approximately 14 cm in height by 11 cm in diameter, weight approximately 0.36 kg.

Each country has been inlaid with a different natural stone (where possible, the stone was chosen for its origin from that country); a sample of the workmanship and Italian artisan and artistic prowess!
