Elegant pair of baroque-style single-flame table candlesticks, made in high-quality silvered metal by the famous manufactory “Edward Sheffield Collection”.

The candlesticks are richly decorated all over the shaft and base with repoussé leaf-and-flower motifs of striking visual impact. Under the base there is the original black velvet lining with the manufacturer's logo imprinted and the pseudo-hammers typical of the English Sheffield style.

Condition: The items are in good vintage condition, solid and stable. They feature a magnificent dark patina due to time, which enhances the three-dimensionality of the reliefs and gives an authentically vintage/period character (they can be polished with specific products if you prefer a mirror-bright finish).
