GENERAL INFORMATION:
For sale is an extraordinary 1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ, regularly registered and over the years transformed into a truly unique piece without compromises. This example has undergone professional preparation valued at over €30,000 in accessories and high-quality components from the best American manufacturers.
Designed to tackle the most extreme off-road routes, it remains reliable and perfectly usable on the road. This is not just a Wrangler, but a real one-off destined for collectors, enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to stand out with a truly unrepeatable off-road vehicle.
BODYWORK & PAINTING:
The bodywork is in generally good condition, with a strong aesthetic personality emphasized by the customized theme. There are a few minor signs of wear and normal use that in no way compromise the vehicle’s charm or reliability, but they can be refined by anyone aiming for an impeccably finished aesthetic.
The off-roader is equipped with tubular steel fenders made by MetalCloak in Rancho Cordova, California, Heavy Duty side protection and Poison Spyder hood grilles. The rear bumper is a Rugged Ridge Xtreme Heavy Duty with a spare tire carrier gate.
The vehicle is delivered with multiple included configurations, including the Rugged Ridge tubular door Bikini Top, the Bestop Soft Top, the original Hard Top with its original doors, a second spare Hard Top, and various spare parts.
MECHANICS & TECHNICAL ASPECTS:
The heart of this beast is the legendary 5.7-liter Chevrolet 350 V8, completely rebuilt in June 2022, with only 34,000 km traveled since. It features an electronic Holley Atomic EFI fuel injection system that guarantees immediate starts, high performance, and optimized consumption.
Cooling is entrusted to a high-capacity aluminum radiator with a 4000 CFM Flex-a-Lite electric fan. The exhaust is Flowmaster with a remote control to vary the sound between Silent/Quiet mode and the full roar of the American V8.
The transmission is paired with a heavy-duty GM Muncie SM465 manual gearbox with an ultra-low first gear for technical off-roading, while the Jeep NP231J transfer case has been upgraded with a reinforced GM/Chevy NP231C HD 1.25-inch chain.
At the rear there is a Ford 8.8 LSD axle with disc brakes and Yukon Gear half-shafts, while the front mounts an autolocking G2 differential with constant-velocity joint half-shafts derived from Jeep Cherokee ZJ.
The rear driveshaft is an Italgiunti dual-cardan with Rubicon Express Slip Yoke Eliminator, while the front driveshaft is a reinforced custom piece with recently replaced spider gears in 2026.
The suspensions, fully renewed in 2023, use Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs with a 2.5-inch lift and Rough Country N3 shocks for maximum comfort and travel. The steering and braking system received heavy updates between 2024 and 2025, including a PSC Steering Heavy Duty box, a new steering column, the complete Synergy Manufacturing steering linkage kit with all joints replaced, Brembo front discs with new calipers, a new power steering pump, a FOX steering damper, and a dual security system for the parking brake, both pneumatic and electric.
The wheels, mounted in 2025 with very few miles, are BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM3 35x12.50 R15 on 15-inch Cragar Soft wheels, completed by a BF Goodrich KO2 spare wheel of the same size.
