Elegant and refined vintage table truffle slicer for serving, ideal for fine dining or for collectors of table silverware.

The piece is characterized by a substantial handle in 800 silver in a classic style with clearly visible hallmarks: the .800 purity mark and the factory stamp "R25 30g" which attests to the amount of silver used for the handle coating. The "R" is the typical Rhodes (Rodi) hallmark.

The top part and the movable blade are made of high-quality stainless steel. It features a knurled side wheel that allows millimetric adjustment of the cutting thickness, guaranteeing perfect truffle slices.

Il pezzo e' caratterizzato da un importante manico in Argento 800 in stile classico punzoni chiaramente visibili: Il  marchio della purezza .800 e la punzonatura di fabbrica "R25 30g" che attesta la grammatura d'argento utilizzata per il rivestimento del manico. La R e' la punzonatura tipica dell'argenteria Rodi. 
La parte superiore e la lama mobile sono realizzate in Acciaio INOX  di alta qualita'.. E' dotato di una rotella laterale zigrinata che permette una regolazione millimetrica dello spessore del taglio, garantendo lamelle di tartufo perfette
