Three tin cars with just the right stance. Not polished. Not new. Full of age, metal, patina and post-war charm.

A lovely early post-war piece of German tin toy. Small, sturdy and collectible. That U.S. Zone Germany marking immediately makes it interesting for enthusiasts of German tin toy design, occupation zone toys and early post-war production.

Additionally the lot contains two larger tin cars with full 1950s styling:

A large red convertible with blue interior
A turquoise sedan with white tires and chrome-colored details

The red convertible has pure boulevard allure. Low, long and just dramatic enough. The turquoise sedan is calmer, but just as stylish. Think pastels, chrome, white tires and old display-case glory.

Together they form a charming lot for collectors of tin cars, wind-up cars, postwar toys and vintage tin toys. The JNF gives the lot historical depth. The two large models complete the image, color and show.

Condition
All three cars are vintage and used. You see paint wear, scratches, patina, small dents, signs of aging and wear on chrome-colored parts. The red convertible shows visible damage/dent formation at the front. The turquoise sedan shows signs of use and wear on the trim details. The JNF Perfekt shows signs of use, but the markings are legible.

All three cars have not been tested. Function unknown. They are offered as decorative collectible objects, with no guarantee of mechanical operation.
