Collection of three splendid and refined original photographic images, printed on albumen paper, sepia-toned, loose, produced around 1880 by the famous Florentine photographer Brogi, among the precursors of photographic art in Italy.

The photographs, of rare beauty, portray three wonderful and romantic views of the island of Capri, jewel of the Gulf of Naples, in particular a market scene in the town square at the foot of the bell tower, symbol of the island.

The photos are in good condition with slight signs of time.

The photos will be carefully packed and shipped by courier.

Collezione di tre Splendide e raffinate  immagini fotografiche  originali, stampate su carta all’albumina, virata in seppia, sciolte, realizzate intorno al 1880 dal celebre fotografo fiorentino Brogi, tra i precursori dell’arte fotografica in Italia. 

Le fotografie, di rara bellezza, ritraggono tre meravigliose e romantiche vedute dell’isola di Capri, perla del golfo di Napoli, in particolare una scena di mercato nella piazza del paese ai piedi della torre campanaria, simbolo dell’isola. 

Le foto si presentano in buone condizioni con leggeri segni d’uso del tempo.
