Spillegang zakhorloge met Rococo houder

Beautiful gilded pocket watch holder made of cast bronze with a black velvet cover plate. Elegant scrollwork in Louis XV style. Small hook to hang a watch. Probably French. 23 X 14 X 6 cm. Weight 468 grams.

Here is a damaged antique verge-fusee pocket watch from the famous London watchmaker Joh Fladgate (1743/1781). Beautifully pierced watch parts at the rear. Dial severely damaged. The watch case is of a more recent date and does not belong to it ( mariage ). Watch 35 mm. Case 47 mm.
Both springs can be wound. The movement then runs continuously.
