Two handmade cushions from Italy, model Pierre Frey "Braquenie", with front fabrics from Pierre Frey Braquenie and Romo Kensey Sakura, each about 35 x 60 cm, stuffing included, new.

Cushion 1: made with Pierre Frey fabrics from the Braquenie collection, on the front the fabric "Les rivieres de l'indus" (ref. B7667001 - Jouy), printed with block printing technique by the Manufacture Royale d'Oberkampf around 1791, this pattern is better known as Chinese Nested Pattern. It comprises decorative elements found at the base of Indian life trees, and the back is Pierre Frey fabric "Palais des vents" (ref. B7676001) with delicate multicolor embroidery on a beautiful satin linen, this fabric poetically and softly evokes an 18th-century embroidered indiennes document preserved in the Maison archives.
