Description from the seller
A large bowl and a small jug.
France, 1950s/60s.
The large bowl is a Sarreguemines & Digoin product from the 1950s/60s, known under the name Etna-42. Characteristic is the solid brown glaze on the outside and the beautiful multicolored drip glaze inside the bowl. Apart from minor very small signs of wear, the bowl is in perfect condition. Diameter 34 cm, height 9 cm.
The green small jug from the 1960s is made for Alphonse Mouton in St. Vallier. On the bottom, a blind stamp: ALPHO 330. It is a liqueur jug; in Normandy it's called a calvados pichet. A nice rounded form (apple, tomato, nut?) with leaf decoration and a handle shaped like a branch. Completely intact. Diameter 12 cm, height 14 cm.
