Ericsson, Skeleton / Eiffel Tower - Analogue telephone - Metal, Brass, Bakelite, Textile

For sale is an extraordinary antique skeleton phone by L. M. Ericsson. The phone bears the inscription "Kjøbenhavns Telefon Aktieselskab" and is probably from around 1900.

The phone is in an age-appropriate original condition and includes, among other features, a hand crank, two bells, a detachable handset, as well as original cloth-covered cords and a connection socket. Signs of wear, minor paint flaking, and patina are present and clearly visible in the photos.

Functionality has not been tested. The sale is therefore as an untested collectible item or decorative object.

The phone has deliberately not been polished or restored in order to preserve its historical condition.

A very nice and rare piece for collectors of historic telephones, technology enthusiasts, or as a special decoration.
