The Loewe Assist Multi-Control is a high-quality, aluminum infrared remote designed to operate not only your Loewe television but also other audio and video devices (such as a set-top box or Blu-ray player).

Setting up and pairing. To control external devices, you can manually program the device buttons (such as STB, AUDIO or VIDEO) with the correct brand code: Activate programming mode: press and hold the desired device button (e.g., STB) for at least 5 seconds until the LED above flashes twice. Enter the device code: Enter the specific 3-digit code for your device brand (e.g., 000 for a reset or 003). The LED flashes twice again to confirm. Test operation: Point the remote at the device and press the OK button or the on/off button to check whether it responds. (Note: If the entered code is invalid, the LED will stay on for 2 seconds uninterrupted.)

Reset to factory settings. If the remote no longer responds correctly to your Loewe TV, you can reset the buttons to the standard Loewe frequencies: hold the desired device button for 5 seconds and enter code 000.
