Made from 100% Chardonnay, it offers vibrant notes of crushed apples, white flowers and fresh mint, pleasantly contrasted by savoury herbal nuances and hints of bitter almond on the finish. The wine was aged 48 metres beneath the sea, evolving and developing new, unprecedented nuances and a truly distinctive complexity.
