Art Nouveau hair comb, dating from 1890-1910, adorned with a dragonfly in blonde horn lightly tinted, mounted on a comb of blonde tortoiseshell.

The dragonfly shows a slight lift of the horn on one wing, linked to a small loss of material visible at that spot (see photos). This peculiarity is old, does not affect the overall solidity of the piece and testifies to its age.

The comb is in good solid condition. It shows some wear, scratches and minor signs of use, visible on both sides, in keeping with its age (see photos).

Peigne à cheveux Art nouveau, époque 1890-1910, orné d’une libellule en corne blonde légèrement teintée, montée sur un peigne en écaille blonde.

La libellule présente un léger soulèvement de la corne sur une aile, lié à un petit manque de matière visible à cet endroit (voir photos). Cette particularité est ancienne, n’altère pas la solidité de l’ensemble et témoigne de l’ancienneté de la pièce.

Le peigne est en bon état de solidité. Il présente quelques usures, rayures et petits accidents d’usage, visibles au recto comme au verso, en rapport avec son époque (voir photos).
