AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

This is an original antique Art Nouveau tile made by: N.st.G. Norddeutsche Steingutfabrik, Grohn, Germany. The tile was made around the year 1900. The floral decoration is in relief by means of a Dust-pressed technique, in which clay powder is compressed under high pressure in a mold. The tile is in very nice condition. There are only a few small bubbles in the glaze, formed during production. I pack the tile(s) with great care. I ship my packages with PostNL. All packages come with a track & trace number.

Seller's Story

I have been trading antique tiles for almost 20 years. I sell medieval lead glazed floor tiles. Italian, Spanish and Portuguese tiles from the fourteenth to the eighteenth century. Dutch tiles from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, as well as tiles from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco period. I sell at special tile fairs in Germany and England, through Catawiki and eBay and through my website.
