Superspeed autofocus and startup time
The FinePix X-T1 is equipped with an X-Trans image sensor featuring phase-detection autofocus, achieving a very fast focusing time of just 0.08 seconds. The EXR Processor II enables a startup time of half a second. Furthermore, you can capture up to 8 frames per second with autofocus tracking. So you won’t miss any unforgettable moment with the X-T1.
Strong, weather-sealed design
The camera looks great with its retro design but is also sturdy enough to take everywhere. The magnesium alloy body is sealed at about 80 points, making it dust- and weather-resistant. The camera can even be used at temperatures down to -10 degrees Celsius, so you don’t have to worry about bad weather. The 3" LCD display is made of toughened glass for extra protection outdoors.
Traditional controls, modern speed
With five control dials on the top, two exposure dials on the front and back, and six fully customizable function buttons, the XT-1 feels solid and very reliable. The top plate features aluminum knobs for setting shutter speed, exposure compensation, ISO sensitivity, metering, and functions. Each dial is clearly labeled so you can check the settings easily without having to use the tiltable 3" LCD display. The X-T1 has six function buttons that you can program freely for the most-used functions, allowing you to quickly tailor the camera to your preferences.
