Longchamp Service (24 pieces), Grès du Marais collection, circa 1970 – LOT 1

Superb 24-piece dinner service from the famous French manufacturer Longchamp (Bourgogne). With its flame-glazed ochre-brown enamel featuring concentric circles and the rustic-chic speckled look typical of the seventies, it is fully representative of the Grès du Marais collection.

Details of the hallmark and authenticity: Each piece bears on the back the square stamp of the manufacturer showing the famous galloping horse. Authenticity and manufacturing quality are guaranteed by the official markings integrated into the stamp:
- "DÉCOR INALTÉRABLE": the assurance of an enamel highly resistant to time and to washing.
- "PEINT À LA MAIN": attesting to the care given to finishes and the unique nuances of each gradient.
- "FRANCE": French manufacture of the period.
- The platter bears the model number engraved in relief in the mass (mold no. 1646).

- 1 large vegetable dish with lid: 33 x 18 cm without the lid / 33 x 31 cm with the lid
- 1 round dish: 26.3 x 8 cm
- 12 large flat plates: 24 cm diameter
- 4 small flat plates: 19.5 cm diameter
- 6 deep plates: 20 cm diameter × 4.2 cm height

Condition: Excellent overall condition, very fine glaze brilliance, no major cracks. Ideal for everyday use (very robust material, perfectly suited for modern use thanks to its inalterable decor).
