Two vintage Rhythm desk clocks in Space Age style from Italy, dating to the 1960s–70s and early 1980s, with plastic and metal constructions and quartz movements; the first model 51128 is a blue-dial cylindrical case on a tulip-shaped stand, and the second SR 515 is a yellow tripod-based, steel-framed clock designed by Iriam Bettera.

The two objects shown in the photo are splendid examples of Space Age-style alarm clocks, a design movement very popular from the late 1960s to the 1970s. Here are the details of the models:
1. Rhythm alarm clock model 51128, produced in Japan in the 1960s/70s, characterized by a spherical case made of chrome-plated plastic that rests on an inverted tulip pedestal. It has a dial in a deep glossy metallic blue protected by a domed glass that recalls the visor of a space helmet. Dimensions: H 18 cm. W 12 cm. D 9 cm. Weight 395 g
2. Table clock SR 515 Quartz, designed by designer Iriam Bettera in the early 1980s. Extremely rare in its kind, vintage Space Age; design features are distinguished by a tripod metal base in bright yellow, with slender legs ending in spherical feet. Circular dial, enclosed in a yellow steel case and protected by a wide transparent plexiglass disc suspended by two supports. Inside it houses an original high-precision quartz movement of the German Junghans Quartz mechanism. Dimensions: H 27.5 cm. W 15.5 cm. D 8 cm. Weight 425 g
They preserve every component in its original condition.
