How it works: You fill the vertical boiler with water (up to two-thirds) and place the supplied alcohol/spirits burner underneath the boiler. Once the water reaches boiling point and the steam pressure builds, give the flywheel a small nudge. The machine then beautifully comes to life and runs smoothly on real steam power!
