The Revox C270 is a professional 2-track reel-to-reel recorder designed for recording studios, radio stations, and very demanding audiophiles.
This device is functional both in play and in recording, records very well and has fabulous playback.
The winding of the reels is very fast and the stop is very precise; it also has a sophisticated tape monitoring system to allow mixing and carrying out precise audio tasks.
The heads are somewhat worn but still work well.
The only drawback I have noticed is the right-channel VU meter that does not function, and I am unable to specify what might be the reason.
Esthetically it presents itself in excellent condition with only a few minor signs of wear perfectly in line with its age.
To verify the real aesthetic condition and the level of wear of the heads, look very carefully at the photos, which are real and part of the description.
No claims or returns will be accepted for the wear on the heads or for the malfunction of the right-channel VU meter, so please place your bids only if you are sure and convinced of the item’s condition.
Apart from the VU meter issue, the device works very well in both play and recording!!!
The sale does not include the two plastic reels!
