Bose - Acoustimass 6 Series II Subwoofer speaker set

For sale: an original Bose Acoustimass 6 Series II bass module in black. This passive bass module was part of the Acoustimass 6 Series II home cinema system, produced between 2000 and 2006.

Unlike a conventional subwoofer, the Acoustimass module is designed as the heart of the speaker system. The module contains two 5.25-inch dual voice-coil woofers and an internal crossover that reproduces the low frequencies while simultaneously distributing the audio signal to the satellite speakers. This results in a full and balanced sound, while the compact cube speakers can focus on mid and high frequencies.

The enclosure is compact and can be easily placed out of sight, without compromising bass performance.
