Description from the seller
Nice and super sporty Smart Roadster, in very neat condition. It has an original 3-cylinder Turbo engine and a semi-automatic six-speed gearbox. This Smart is really very basic, with its steel wheels (but with good tires), no luxury features, but all the more fun to drive. Quite an eye-catcher, in its red color, and removable roof.
Documents:
This Smart is from 2004, and originally delivered in Germany. It has a deregistered German registration, and with the included papers it can easily be transferred back into a name, also for a potential new foreign owner.
Bodywork:
This Roadster has a beautiful and distinctive original red color. It has hardly any signs of use, and is overall a very neat car. The underside is also neat, really a tidy car. The nice thing about this Roadster is that both roof halves can be easily removed and stored inside the car to give a cabrio feeling.
Technical:
The Smart runs fine, and because there are no very recent maintenance invoices, a service is advised, just like for any used car. It steers like the best, a delightful car to drive. The included Becker Navi radio has not been tested for functionality.
Interior:
The interior is neat, with signs of use. The seat upholstery is very neat, there are only minor signs of wear, the door panels are very nice, as is the floor covering. Rubber mats are also included. The headlining of the roof sections hangs a bit, which is easy to fix.
PICKUP:
The car is located in Hengevelde, Netherlands and can of course be picked up here or delivered for an additional cost.
OTHER INFORMATION:
The car can be delivered for a relatively low additional cost to the entire European Union by a professional carrier.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
