Very long Neolithic axe with a nicely finished edge made from flint/agate with a beautiful patina and color.
These items were made in the Sahara Neolithic (the Tenerian) by craftsmen who also made arrowheads from the same material.
Agate is exceptionally hard and efficient as a tool.
No restorations, in very good condition.
Dimensions 180 x 63 mm
Each sold lot will be accompanied by an authenticity certificate
