This plaque was awarded in 2019 to Mayor Wim Burgering of Barneveld, on the occasion of his retirement as chairman of the Teuge Regional Consultation Committee (CRO).

The Teuge Regional Consultation Committee (CRO) is a public, area-oriented deliberative body that coordinates the interests, benefits and burdens between Teuge Airport, local residents/stakeholders and the governments.
Vliegveld Teuge, officially known as Teuge International Airport, is a dynamic regional airport in Gelderland located between Apeldoorn, Deventer and Twello. It is one of the key hubs for general aviation in the Netherlands.
