This is the master mark of the well-known Moscow assay master Ivan Vasilyevich Avdeev (active 1852-1862)

Cyrillic initials I.H, very likely attributed to Moscow silversmith Ilya Nazariov
Whose workshop in this period (circa 1850-1860) specialized in religious silverware.
Condition: The object is in a well-worn antique state with clear signs of age and use.
The silver oklad shows dents, distortions, and several cracks and holes.
Notably around the chest area and the imperial orb.
This gives the object a beautiful historical character.
