Description from the seller
Mitsubishi MC-8000 Music Centre – All-in-One Hi-Fi System with Linear Tracking Turntable
The Mitsubishi MC-8000 is a high-end integrated music centre from the early 1980s, combining four components in one elegantly designed unit: a FM/MW/LW stereo tuner, a cassette deck, a stereo amplifier, and — most notably — an Electronic Logic Controlled Linear Tracking Fully Automatic turntable. Linear tracking was a premium technology reserved for top-tier systems of the era, ensuring the stylus follows the record groove at a perfectly constant angle for minimal distortion.

The unit carries a German FTZ approval number (1176/221), confirming it was sold on the Western European market. Overall cosmetic condition is very good for its age — the brushed aluminium fascia, turntable platter, and dust cover are all well-preserved. The system powers on and operates fully.
A rare, complete, and working example of Mitsubishi's flagship music centre concept from the golden age of Japanese hi-fi.
