Elegant decorative ewer made in the Renaissance style, consisting of a superb spherical body of ruby-red glass with a slightly iridescent effect and a rich mount in molded and pierced tin, with rocaille, foliage and Neo-Renaissance motifs.

Rich craftsmanship on the ewer, which is in good condition and dates from the 1860s under Napoleon III.
