The 901 Series II distinguishes itself with Bose's unique Direct/Reflecting principle. Each speaker is equipped with nine identical full-range drivers, eight facing backward and one facing forward. This creates an exceptionally spacious and natural sound reproduction that seems to emerge from the listening space itself rather than from the speakers.
It is recommended to use the speakers only with an equalizer; this can also be with another equalizer than the BOSE variants, but one is not included with it.
