Description from the seller

An elegant Saint-Louis “Lenotre” crystal decanter, dating from the early 20th century. The model features a graceful baluster silhouette with a tall, faceted neck, a beautifully proportioned stopper, and an exquisitely hand-cut decoration composed of fine vertical wedge cuts enhanced by a distinctive band of polished oval motifs, creating a interplay of light and brilliance.
This example remains unsigned, which is entirely consistent with Saint-Louis production from the early 1900s, as many pieces from this period were not acid-etched with the factory mark. Instead, it bears its original matching production number, a normal and reassuring characteristic that reflects traditional manufacturing practices of the era.
The decanter is in very good antique condition, displaying only honest signs of age and use consistent with its age, which do not detract from its beauty or functionality. The crystal remains exceptionally clear, bright, and resonant, with a remarkable presence that makes it equally suitable for display or refined table service.
Height — 32 cm
Top diameter — 4.5 cm
Circumference — 35 cm
Base diameter — 8.5 cm
