Art Deco marble photo stand produced in Belgium in the 1920s–1930s, with a marble base, glass panels, and overall dimensions 34 cm wide by 26 cm high by 7 cm deep; it holds a photo or postcard between two loose glass sheets and shows fair to heavy use with possible small missing parts, and the internal compartment accommodates an 18 by 24 cm image.

Art Deco marble photo stand produced in Belgium between the 1920s and 1930s.
This was a period when luxury natural materials such as marble and onyx became popular for everyday items and desk accessories.
The listing reflects the transition from the wavy Art Nouveau lines to the clean geometry of Art Deco.
Operation: The photo or postcard is held between two loose glass panes. This parcel slides vertically into the slot of the marble base and is supported at the sides by the semicircular marble blocks.
