Description from the seller
STRAITS SETTLEMENTS. 10 Cents. 1927. George V (1910-1936)
- Value: 10 Cents.
- Reign: George V (1910-1936).
- Year: 1927.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: GEORGE V KING AND EMPEROR OF INDIA. Reverse: STRAITS SETTLEMENTS · 10 · CENTS · 1927.
- Grading: MS64 (NGC).
Silver 10 Cents coin from the Straits Settlements, with a crowned portrait of George V oriented to the left, executed in a realistic and sober style, characteristic of early 20th century British colonial numismatics. The reverse features the face value “10” in large size within a beaded circle, surrounded by the denomination and the year, with balanced composition and clear visual hierarchy. The specimen shows well-preserved relief, bright fields with an attractive multicolor patina of silvery-golden tones, and minimal surface marks consistent with its MS64 grade, offering a very sharp and elegant overall presence.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to be absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside the EU that has a special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
