Technics ST-CH730:
the popular element of a 90s audio setup (miniwave towers) by Technics. Specifically, this is a radio tuner integrated with a sound processor responsible for receiving radio stations and sophisticated sound correction.
The Technics CH730 set usually consisted of four independent modules (so-called blocks) connected with special tapes:
ST-CH730 – radio tuner and sound processor (the “brain” of the system, to which sources such as a CD player or computer are connected)
SE-CH730 – the main power amplifier that drives the loudspeakers
RS-CH730 – dual cassette deck
SL-CH530 (or similar) – CD player
These towers are currently very popular among vintage equipment enthusiasts due to their striking design (e.g., the illuminated spectrum analyzer on the display) and good, deep stereo sound.
They sound wonderful.
I recommend it.
The remote is functional, but some buttons are gnawed, probably by mice.
