- Value: 25 Fils.
- Year: 1959.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: الجمهورية العراقية · ٢٥ فلساً · ١٣٧٩ - ١٩٥٩ with the face value central surrounded by legends of the Republic of Iraq and a lower vegetal crown. Reverse: republican emblem with radiant star, central ear (and) Arabic legends around.
- Grading: MS63 (NGC).
25 Fils coin of the Republic of Iraq belonging to the first series issued after the proclamation of the republic in 1958. The obverse presents the value 25 Fils within a central circle, accompanied by Arabic inscriptions and a laurel crown that provides balance to the design. The reverse shows the Iraqi republican emblem formed by a multi-point radiant star with the central ear of grain as a symbol of agriculture and national prosperity. An example with very well-defined relief, fields with original lustre and an attractive silver patina with natural slight golden tones, maintaining a notable visual quality in accordance with its MS63 (NGC) grade.
