Nice and varied lot of antique wooden hand planes, consisting of different models and sizes. The collection includes, among other things, larger and smaller bench planes, molding planes, and other specialized versions for traditional woodworking.
The planes have an authentic, artisanal appearance with nicely aged wood, metal plane blades, and characterful signs of use. On several examples old brand markings are visible, including Joh. Weiss & Sohn Wien, Goldenberg, and Eskilstuna Sweden. These brands make the lot even more interesting for collectors and enthusiasts of historical tools.
The condition varies per piece. The planes show normal age and signs of use, such as discoloration, scratches, patina, and localized wear. Some pieces may require cleaning, adjustment, or sharpening before practical use. Please view the photos carefully for the exact type and condition.
