E. Thomosson - Table lamp - Bronze - Art Nouveau style lamp

This figurative table lamp in Art Nouveau style is based on the model "Daphne" by Emil Thomasson.
The lamp's base and shade depict the Greek nymph Daphne, who was transformed into an laurel tree to escape the god Apollo. The lamp's base is made of bronze cast shaped like a tree trunk, supporting a colorful, leaded glass shade in classic Tiffany style depicting leaves. Signed "E. Thomasson" on the lamp base.
