Large crystal covered candy box – Art Deco style – France or Belgium – circa 1930-1945

Elegant crystal pedestal candy box of fine quality, featuring a design with wide vertical facets and resting on a faceted square base.
The original lid is topped with a finely cut star-shaped knob, while the neck and base details testify to careful workmanship characteristic of Art Deco productions.

Condition: very good overall, a tiny chip at the base but not cracked, visible in the photographs.
