Laguiole - Bougna - Pocketknife Contemporary

Laguiole Bougna pocket knives or folding knives made of colored padauk wood with a corkscrew in a beautiful box with a sharpening steel, belt sheath, and oil to keep the knife well maintained.

A feather with engraved decorations on the back of the handle together with the famous Laguiole bee. It also bears the shepherd’s cross on the handle. This cross was used by shepherds during their long treks across the countryside to bless the meal, with the knife stuck into the bread. The French shepherds also enjoyed wine, which led to versions with a corkscrew, of which this is one.

Equipped with a colored padauk wood handle with brass bolsters. This knife has an elegant, robust, and original design. The sharp, finely etched stainless steel blade is highly resistant to corrosion.

Laguiole
The well-known knife from France is originally a beautiful, functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a French village. It was designed with inspiration from a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a local French small blade called capuchadou.
