A male figurine crafted in pewter by the renowned German factory WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik), with the factory mark visible on the figure's shoe sole.
The piece depicts an elegant gentleman dressed in a tailcoat, buttoned waistcoat, checked trousers, boots and a top hat, with a brass cigarette in his mouth.
A collectible piece belonging to the Black Americana style, highly appreciated by collectors worldwide.
Germany, late 19th century or early 20th century.
