Advertising enamelled metal sign from the famous Belgian thermal waters company Spa Monopole, depicting the famous graphic work by French poster artist Jean d'Ylen. The design shows the stylized figure of Pierrot in a red suit rising foamily from a bottle of sparkling water with the slogan "L'eau qui pétille" (The water that sizzles).

The sign stands out for its excellent three-dimensional craftsmanship, with the Pierrot figure and the main inscription "SPA MONOPOLE" fully embossed. The perimeter features a turned and folded edge (smooth safety crease) that provides rigidity to the plate.

On the lower edge of the back is clearly visible the original maker’s stamp/print certifying authenticity and dating to the late 20th century:
