Minolta 7000 AF SLR camera with a bright 1.7 50 mm lens, No. 17115501, from Japan.
This camera was sold from 1985, the first SLR with a fully integrated AF system inside the housing. The information is displayed on the LCD display. Very bright viewfinder.
Control between camera and lens is via 5 contacts, see photos. The Minolta A-mount lens with integrated ROM-IC also fits Sony A-mount cameras. The top quality of Minolta lenses is well known; many details available on the Internet.
The camera shows signs of wear; on the front of the grip there are missing areas, also clearly visible in the photos.
All functions from AF, through programs to film transport and shutter release have been tested!
With original Minolta strap.
