Wall sconce - Wrought iron

Splendid vintage five-light wall sconce, made in the mid-20th century, 1960s/70s, in Baroque / Louis XV style with rich foliate and scroll decorative motifs.
The central body features an elaborate design inspired by nature, typical of the artistic craftsmanship of the XX century (Florentine or French style). The details reproduce finely worked acanthus leaves that extend upward and to the sides.
It is made of metal (probably stamped sheet metal) with an all-gold leaf finish, which shows a beautiful patina of time.
It has 6 light points with candle-shaped lamp holders (faux candelabras), prepared for bulbs with a small-base socket.
Height is about 86 cm, width about 60 cm, weight over 3 kg.
Good condition with normal signs of age and use.

The lot will be carefully packed and shipped in a reinforced polystyrene box; due to the size, an extra-large shipment will be necessary in some European countries, which will cost more.
